It cost me $200 to get there, but you know what, it was worth it.I followed you around like a lost dog, and you were so great about it, I think we bonded during those times you were signing 11 playing cards for me and my friends back at Casino Windsor.I knew you were a cool guy, and very real, but boy did you prove it that night, doing interview after interview without any complaints and signing autographs in between them all, taking pictures with us and treating us all like we had gone to George Vanier with you...I hope you like the "I No Scared" t-shirt I gave you and maybe you will post a picture on your site wearing it.I also want to thank you for not spilling your beer on my head, that would have put a damper on the evening for me, you sure are a jokester. I also hope you give me credit for using my motto "IT'S ALL GOOD!", you are free to use it anytime.. :wink: Now for a recap of the fun I had:I missed out on playing in the tourney by one number, but that gave me time, as I said, to hang around Daniel watching his interviews and getting autographs signed. When the final table began I was right at the rail watching the action. But the best part was that 7 of us put up 5 bills each and picked a player to root for and whoever had the last guy won the 35 bills. (ok they were loonies, but a bet is a bet)So I had "on-line" guy, and Adam had "TO Jersey" guy, someone else had "Chicago jersey" guy, there was "blue stripe" guy, "cane" guy, and "Crazy Joe" guy, and "NIke" guy and two that weren't picked at all.It sure made the match way more exciting for us, and Jason which was "on-line" guy even felt bad for me that he came in second to "TO Jersey" guy, whose real name was Terrance.Adam who won our little wager, was so generouse because at the start it was winner take all, but he gave me my buy-in back for coming in second and starting the whole thing up in the first place.During the tourney, Daniel made some "amazing" plays and a whole bunch of plays where he was the underdog pre-flop and then the miracle cards kept hitting for him. We even started to get suspicious of the dealer, but we all know that it happens in poker all the time, and a few times his cards didn't come, but only a FEW.... :shock: Anyways, Wendell Clark and Doug Gilmour also showed up at the party, which was cool because I was born under a maple leaf, I bleed blue, and my name "MORI" actually means FORREST in Japanese or Chinese or both.Daniel, it was a blast, but I didnt' get to tell you that I have something in common with you, in that I am now a professional grinder as well, except way way way tinier in the money part and international fame part. I am well known at casino windsor though, a big fish in my little pond. I am making more than when I was working and I play live and on-line to suppliment my husband's income. I think I will stay under the celebrity radar, as I dont' think I could do all those interviews.And finally, it was great to rub shoulders with your mom, she is a wonderful woman and you really are lucky to still have her around, as I lost my mom in 1989 and she was only 51.
