Why is everyone trying to make this a legal issue? The guy owes people money, appearantly has the money, and is not paying up. Lots of us have rakeback and know what is expected from affiliates and obviously this is isn't it.The guy owes people money and the right thing to do (especially since the money is just sitting in an account) is to pay the players their money.

Nobody is arguing anything, we were just explaining the logistics behind how being an affiliate works, not sure if everyone understood that they were liable to be screwed over by their affiliate, but they should know now that it's possible.Of course, he should pay everyone what he promised them, but for whatever reason he hasn't done so. Would I be upset if I signed up for rakeback through him and didn't get paid? Of course, but what's done is done and can't be reversed.

I see what you're saying now. According to Custom the money is just sitting in an account and according to the people he owes he has not paid them nor kept in contact with them. Then the people he owes complain about it and people are jumping in saying not to attack him publicly..yada..yada. That's the part I don't agree with. Everyone who is owed money should post so that others are aware and to try to get there money back.

here. i have the solution to all troubles......be a smart consumer. 1. stop using the account until he at least makes good (all major sites have skins to play at), therefore he will stop making money off you.2. if you really feel ripped off then contact the poker room and tell them WHY you choose to no longer use there site for donk raping. then they may intervene and take what may be needed justice.3. find a more reputable affiliate to sign up through next time. i would suggest rakebacks.com, since they are established, cover most sites and have the best customer service. or you could contact me(plug) because i offer rakeback at all the sites they do plus a few more(except full tilt though, ive had issues with their "customer" service), plus i base rakeback % on what is played.cheers,-nm

been reading the forum long have we?okay people, seriously. Jayson does owe a word or two, but lets look at the big picture, all of you are complaining over $100 for the most part, maybe a little more at the most. At 2+2 when the skins split happened, there was a poster/afilliate named buster stacks who basically told everyone tough luck, he was keeping their money, guess what, there was nothing that any of them could do about it, and complaining about it only really made them more mad. I know a poster who buster stacks owes like 1500 to, and we were talking about it, and he told me, yes it sucks, but there is exactly nothing that I can do. What I am saying is this, constantly complaining about it isn't gonna change anything. I'm not sticking up for jayson, or accusing him of anything. IMO he will come good, but he also does need to say something, but until then, what can anyone do about it, nothing
