PAYforUSC 0
i was playing 10/20 limit on bodog over the weekend and was cruising +260. i then decided to 2 table 5/10 limit. i opened a table for 400 and was dealt 5-5. well what a dumb ass i was for clicking the call any button while i opened another table. THE ORIGINAL SCREEN POPPED UP AND I WAS HEADS UP IN A $105 POT!!! IT WAS A 5/10 NL TABLE. the flop came x-5-x ALL DIAMONDS. so i pushed trying to take it down. the guy calls with 2-2d. the river of course was a diamond and i'm down 400 in 20 seconds.   who else has done some stupid crap like this? RayPowers 0
I took some time to train myself to simply never use the option buttons before it is my turn to act. It may hurt me for multitabling, but it makes me a lot more focused on the games.Ray

Aschlanser 0
Or when you're multitabiling and there set up by each other and your getting ready to click whichever button and the other table pops up and you accidentley click the button on that table....if that makes any sense

ajs1281 0
I had 3 tourney screens going the other day, and changed tables, I happened to be at level 11 of a tourney in seat 8, was moved to seat 8 in a tourney at 15/30 in the BB, saw call $1200, has jt suited, felt that it was worth calling a min reraise to see a flop, unfortunately I was calling all-in in the tourney that had just started instead of the min raise.Managed to bust out of that $20 tourney (go figure)Not $400, but clearly one of the dumbest things I have ever done

ajs1281 0
What a spectacular call by your opponent with 2-2!Thats a typical day on bodog, it makes the tourneys a spectacular trainwreck, but a profitable one.Plus he said weekend, so I am guessing someone hit a big football parlay and decided they were gonna let it ride

Lunchbox 0
I don't know how much you pushed, but that other guy is a JIM if he knows you called a big preflop and then he calls with dueces, and only has a 2high flush draw. Just move the screens over so the call buttons don't overlap.

Sonicpb 0
I was multitableing yesterday and mis read AK for KK. I actually misread it all the way down to my bet on the river. I thought I was ramming and jamming with an over pair and not Ace high. That one cost me about $150. If you want a story about a real dumb move....I talked to some one on FTP that wanted to transfer money from one place to another. He offered a $100 lay over on a $1k transfer, so I was cool with it. Apparantly Bodog doesn't check on when people deposit money on there for 2 weeks. The $1k made it into my account so I sent out my $900. When I went back to my Bodog account it had been locked. I talked to their manager or whatever on the phone and they said they were fraudulent funds and that they have every right to confiscate them. They are based out of Costa Rica, so there really isn't crap I can do. The cops didn't care that much about it, but apparantly a detective is "working on it".- Just thought a dumb move for $1k might make you feel better.Peace- Oh yeah, I hope ya'll crush UT. allreds26 0
i once misclicked at a heads up $1/2 omaha 8/b table when i had the nut low and the "ignorant end" of a straight flush...the other guy said he had quads. and the misclick fold was for his final $1 after we were capping every round. CaptainHooks 0
Heres my take....Yea, you made a blunder with the preflop call, but beings that it was 5-10 NL and the pot at 105, minus the blinds the pot was $90. So you called called $45 preflop with 55. How big of a mistake is that?? Some might argue a huge one, others might say not at all. Personally, At that level I might have called $30-35..thats 3 BB's with HUGE IMPLIED ODDS.(assuming he had some chips). So it was a $10 mistake. Then you HIT YOUR SET!!!!! Even if the dude was raising with two red Aces, you are now the favorite. The only hand you didnt want to see was a flopped flush and even so you had outs. You get the chips in as a favorite and he sucks out..Best Case Scenario is the flop was 345 all diamonds giving him an open ended str8 flush and a pair. Cardplayer has you as a 57.9 favorite. Thats BEST CASE scenarioIf he has flush draw and backdoor str8 drawing, say on a board of J53 all diamonds, you go up to a 72.5 favorite. My opinion: $10 mistake, $390 bad beat, which happensOverall, biggest mistake was not knowing the game you were playing where you would have called a $5 raise and possibly $10.
