On DN's radio interview a couple of days ago it Toronto, he said that there is a glass enclosed area that they play in. I think this is so they have privacy as well as letting the fans watch.I haven't seen it, so I don't know, but it sounded to me like you could at least see them...

Of course people on FCP answer without knowing anything.You cannot railbird the big game. You cannot even watch from outside the room either (through the glass).If you want to... you'll need permission from the players.

Last Feb I was in Vegas and stopped by Bellagio, I just walked right up to the litle stairway that goes up to the "private" room where the Big Game is played... stood like 10 feet from the table right next to the dude running the room. He never said a word to me.I was well-dressed and acted like I knew what I was doing, wasn't looking "starstruck" or anything... That old lady with the hat was on the table right next to the stairs, and I can't remember which one but one of the Asian female players was there too. The Big Game was Jennifer H., Phil Ivey, and I think Farha but not sure, could only see the back of his head.What do you have to lose, just walk up there

That's NOT the Big Game area now. That's the steps that lead to the high stakes area.Anyway, security is hit or miss sometimes but observers are not allowed without permission.

Yes you can rail the big game through the glass, just not forever. I was playing on table 19 which is the table right next to the glass doors on thursday and there were railbirds there all night. They'll let you stand there for about 10-15 min. before the move you. Also it's a little anoying when you're trying to play, so if you do be curtious.
