I post this not coming off tilt playing on pokerstars, I just have many hours logged on that site and have questions about the integrity of this site. I realize bad breaks and outdraws are part of poker but i personally feel that based on percentages these outdraws occur both to me and other players more often then they should be, a LOT more often. I just feel the underdog wins all to often. Well I'm just looking for others opinions. Thanks :?

thanks for the feedback. I'm not one to cry about bad beats, ever in live poker. It's just the river seems to be such a killer on there especially the 2 and 3 outters. It's bad news. I just used up the rest of my fpp trying to qualify for a tourny on there and now i'm done with that website!

me too goose, me too... that's hilarious really. I honestly find myself doing that all the time. BTW to anyone reading these posts KK is the worst hand on pokerstars. People never lay down bad aces and always hit one with their 6 kicker or if they have 2 unders they seem to 2 pair or trip like it's their job. Your best chance is against an under pair and even then i feel like a coin flip!!!

why do you say that vatche? Actually when I stilled played on there i would deposit 50 bucks and play the .05/.10 blinds. That's 500x the blinds thus playing within my bankroll, am I wrong?

Thanks norhas, appreciate someone taking my post seriouslly. Any suggestions on a good website to play on, I'm only 20 or I think I'd play on fulltilt. I've also tried both party poker and ultimate bet and wasn't exactly pleased with either. Does all internet poker just suck this bad?

MSU, it's just an on-going joke in the forum...he's not serious. There is a huge post about it somewhere if you just search for it. Right now I'm feeling pretty lazy so I can't get it for you.

yep, tritz's computer developed some glitch and suddenly he can see the next card (not your hole cards) before it flops. It's an abberance that he's afraid to let anyone tear into his computer to find out how since it might stop working. Apparently stars random number generator sits the card before it appears, and his computer developed the ability to see it before the flop. He posted actual pictures of hands as it was occuring. Stars is threatening to sue him and it's really quite a mess. He's considered going into hiding and performing a sex change to protect his identity since stars is owned by the russian mafia as well. Either that or just taking his millions and changing his name to Bizzle.

Yes, it is frustrating that you see alot of 2-outers hit alot of the time, but i see its all on ub too. I have played extensively on both sites, ub and pokerstars, and i found little difference in the beats dished out, and how many were dished out. If you doubt the integity of the site, then of course, when you start playing on it, your going to be 'seeing' alot more beats, because, you have made up your mind, and nothing is changing it. What i would like to see, is if you guys thought you were playing on another site, but it was stars in 'disguise' i would seriously doubt if we would have as many people whinging about how this site is rigged. Pokerstars obviously has a bad rep on this site, and maybe we should leave it at that. If you dont like it, dont play on the site. The number of people who like the site, and continue to play even after seeing beats dished out (that happen just as often on other sites) far outweight you guys, who seem to think that pokerstars is against you. I challenge anyone, if they want to hold these beliefs, back it up, start taking down stats of each session, over a certain amount of time, then do it on another site, one which you believe is fair, and see if the results differ by a margin that would indicate that there is an unusual amount of bad beats. Post the stats, and you will make a believer out of me.

i was just kidding with ya man. i feel your pain on stars though, but thats poker. when i get rivered in a live game i start thinking, i thought this shit only happened on riverstars. i'm looking to move my money also though. one guy said no cash games at stars, any ideas where to play...full tilt or party i am guessing.

i agree with you. my philosophy is that i'm seeing a lot more hand than i would in person so i'm bound to see more bad beats. nobody remembers the beats they put on someone else either. its frustrating, but like they said, don't play out of your bankroll and it won't hurt as bad. variance is a bitch

On stars...It's not about the amount of 2 outers hit, or how many times your underdog wins, or overdog loses....It's the structure of the flops every single hand. They dish out action flops constantly. Someone has the best hand preflop... then the flops give a 2nd best hand the lead... then the river brings it back for the preflop leader. Things like that are why Stars is messed up. It's not just... omg, my AA loses too much. Because, it may very will hold up as much as it should, but it's the way that the cards come out that isn't right.Even pokerstars admitted that they know all the cards before they are even dealt... which really leads me to believe something is not quite right there, and they give too many people hands at the same time.I see insane beats everwhere I play as well... believe me, I've taken a ridiculous amounts of runner runners at full tilt as well... but it's not the same way as it is at stars. Stars is messed up, if you really think that things are ok over there... then you're either not paying attention, or you're just blindly following the site for some strange reason... maybe because you haven't played anywhere else. Who knows. But it seems quite obvious to me when I play there.
