UTG calls, Hero raises, UTG calls, Hero calls, Button calls.Flop: (12.33 SB) 7:club:, 7:heart:, A:club: (4 players)BB bets, Hero calls, Button calls, BB calls.I have AQ, I want to see sd.Turn: (10.16 BB) 9:diamond: (4 players)BB bets, UTG calls, Hero calls, Button calls.I have AQ, I want to see sd.River: (14.16 BB) 9:heart: (4 players)BB bets, UTG folds, Hero folds, Button folds.I have AQ, I never got to see sd. That raise/fold line on the river was a stroke of genius by button.Final Pot: 21.16 BBI had no idea what to think after this hand. Anyone do anything differently?

i 3-bet this flop most of the timeyou can't protect your hand, but i think you are more often wa than wb
I agree that I'm usually wa here.But what does 3-betting accomplish?
It gets more money from the bad ace in your face player.

haha, the buttons play on the river made me laugh, raise it into three players who have already called and then fold to a reraise. probably some fish thinking "hmmm, wouldn't it be fun to raise here for no reason at all"anyway, haven't been around here in a while and I have no clue what wa or wo or whatever means, somebody fill me in.thx

well you had a very active table....seeing as that was the case, i would either have folded or tried to take control of the board by re raising on the flop and the turn. if you can't narrow this gambling table down, i mean i don't know.i would take one look at this table and find another one.also, shorthand lingo....wa=way ahead.....wb=way behind
