anyone watch live at the bike?

Recommended Posts

It's a live internet feed from the Bicycle casino, and I think every night they broadcast a different variety of game. I only just found out about this but it's absolutely fascinating to watch. I tuned in to the 8/16 limit game yesterday and the people were so bad it was unbelievable. Tonight they're doing a 50/100 NL game with a 5K buy in, so it should be educational.

They have been doing this for a little while now and every once in a blue moon you get to see a really good game of poker. Actually, I found that the Friday night ones usually show the better poker games.

I usually watch it once or twice a week if there are either solid pro's (Tim Phan for example) or complete donks (i.e. Jerry Buss) sitting down. I think Alf starts a lot of threads about Bike episodes.By the way, they are now rerunning each nights episode continuously until the next night's, so if you miss the live broadcast you can always catch the replay.

i think that this is really cool because you don't often get to see hole cards in a cash game. "bobby's" lay down hand was huge. unfortunately, it's snowing here so i seem to lose my connection in every big hand.

That was one of the most interesting hands yet. I'd lay it down too with that kind of action. I've a super vulnerable 2 pair, I could be dominated already, and I'm not going to be thrill about ANY face card that comes. It was an all-in or fold situation and I think Wu's weird ass raise just threw him off. I think Wu pulled a limit move there. The raise with overs and a nut draw is okay there in a limit game, since you can be cleaning up your overcard outs against a jack and you're still getting odds if 3 bet, but in a NL game it doesn't do anything good unless you think it takes the pot right there.

Vic just OWNED Bellande....Vic had a flush draw and second pair and gave ZERO action to bellande's flopped set....it had to be a sick read...it had to be...
he didn't have a flush draw. it was jsut mid pair
