sngos vs. cash games?

Why do I do this to myself? After winning close to $400 yesterday playing $30 sngos....I felt like I should take a shot at playing some 1/2NL at UB this morning. I have to admit....I am just a horrible cash game player, and I lost that $400 profit from yesterday within 2 hours. Granted my AK lost to AJ with a river J giving the guy trips, and my KK lost to 88 win the money got in on a flop of 2/5/7 rainbow....the turn being an 8....but still. I don't manage my stack as well, and I am not nearly as aggressive in pushing out the worst hand.....then I go on tilt and get bent over like Paris Hilton in a VIP room. Any advice in translating my abilities in sngos to a ring game?
