You know what a really friggin hate,when you're in the BB and u have a hand like K,5 and theres a few limpers, so you check.flop is 5,5,9 rainbow, anyways, long story short, 1 of the limpers limped with A,5 and so u lose a nice chunk,then a rotation later u have J,9 in the BB, u are forced to play it again, after a few limpers,u flop top two pair, on a baord of 7,9,J u go at it with another player with the turn and river bringing no viewable help, and he had flopped the straight with 10,8 from MP.wtf?? i think i've reached the life span of this new account and now its tagged for variance, time to start a new one

Take a break from poker, get a fixed gear bike without brakes, find the busiest, most dense downtown streets where you live and ride at top speed during rush hour traffic. After about two hours of that, ride the fixed gear without brakes up and down hills for a couple hours.It works for me.

Now when you say 5/10, are you talking about limit or NL? If you blew through $3000 playing NL, then that's reasonable, and I can sympathize. I went on tilt last night and had a similar run.But if you blew through that much playing limit in 2 days, then you're just a bad player. That's all there is to it. You should just realize that you're not going to make money playing poker if you go through 300 BB in 2 days.
