TheCinciKid 0
Longest session I've ever played time-wise was 9 hours in a juicy as hell live cahs game at a charity tournament, and I only quit because my friends busted out of the tournament. Online I don't think I've ever played much longer than 3 hours, but I'm usually multi-tabling so it's pretty taxing and I find it very hard to stare at a computer for super long periods of time. kent2233 0
yeah, multi tabling makes it a bit more effort, but I'm only doing 2 tables, I find my winrate kinda drops offs after that, I'm a university student, so staring at a computer screen for long periods of time is nothing new, I also have the tv on beside me.EDIT: two tables I was at busted, so I'm grabbing food quick and finding new ones, there are also some MTT's coming up that I'm probably going to play in. Anything over 8 hours is starting to get long and 12 is a bonafide "session" lol. hope it helps.
badasmybreath 0
and I've now had aces craked 3 times tonight...make that 4 times... so frusturatingWhen they get beaten that many times in such a small period of time you should really examine why. Either its a run of horrible luck, in which case you shouldnt be discouraged as you played the hands correctly. If you examine the hands thou, you'll probably find that you can tweak the way you played them. Post in the strat section and im sure someone will be able to help you? I'll try and remember to post when I finish this session (up to 750 hands and 7 hours something)

econ_tim 0
some of you have strange ideas about what a long session is.cheers to those of you who have played 24 hours or more.my longest was around 20 hours at Foxwoods (i think).
kent2233 0
well, after 1000 hands I made a whopping 12BB. Having aces cracked 4 times makes life hard, but that's ok. I also played in the lucky dollar touney, busting out when AJ ran into AA when the blinds started getting up. I played in a freeroll but wasn't focues and my play was terrible. I just played in the shark tank tounrey and had about average stack with half the field left, I got AJ all in against QJ, queen spikes and I'm out, kinda annoyed about that one but oh well. Jadaki 1
My highest live session was over a little over 50 hours, I consider anything longer than 12 to be a pretty long session. Online I rarely go longer than 3-5 unless I am deep into a tournament.
highsociety 0
Man you guys throw down some long sessions. Longest live was a 9 hour session at a private game. Online would be 6 hour or so, which is usually for the massive tournaments that Pstars has. Online cash though, 3.5 hours tops. For some reason I can go longer when playing live then when playing online.
iggymcfly 0
I've found that the longest period of time I can play well for is right around 8 hours. I've tried playing longer than that when I was stuck a couple times, and usually right around that mark my game falls off a cliff.
