I haven't heard anything from Travis since dinner so I'm thinking that's a good thing. Usually he lets me know if he gets knocked out.

Is Travis from AZ? I believe his name on here is SunDevil so that would make sense. I played highschool football against a Travis Scott here in AZ. Probably not the same dude, just curious.
Yep, we're from Arizona.
DN??? Are you sure that you have time for these updates??, I mean Travis probably needs his laundry picked up or his dog taken in for a bath.
Hahaha!! Does that mean I get the day off? :club:
Anyone know if Travis has ever won a tournament before?
So far in the tournies he's played in I think he's faired alright. He's won more then a couple satilites but nothing near the scale that he's playing right now.

The guy I'm thinking of went to Westwood High School. If it's him, good for him. If not, good for him anyway.

Ok after rereading the chip counts like 5 times, i noticed that Doug Lee was third in chips!!! What the??? How did that happen? Man i hope this guy busts out first hand because i actually want to see people who can spell poker making the final table and of course Travis.

From Paul Phillips' blog:

There was a big hand at the next table that I watched after a clock was called on aaron kanter. He was facing an all-in from doug lee and had about 25K left. No disrespect to either of them but it was quite a funny confrontation because the nature of their recent television appearances meant I was watching "battle of the suckout artists." All that was missing was danny nguyen in the box. Finally as his hand was about to be called dead, aaron called and showed JJ. Doug had... 44! There was probably 70K in the pot. Aaron had just enough time to celebrate his dominating position before the flop came down with a 6 in the window and was spread to reveal two more fours. From 4.5-1 favorite to 989-1 dog in the blink of an eye. So that's how doug lee got his chips.

Wow thats so typical. I figured he had to get extremely lucky to get those chips and he got them from a fellow donk. Thanks for the info. I hope he blows them pretty soon. Most likely he will unless he gets very lucky again.
