I am doing great at the Party and Stars single table sng's. I enjoy the battle of tourney poker a lot more than ring games. I opened up on Full tilt for the hell of it and like their site. If only I could improve on my 1 cash in the Neg-O. :cry:

i'm thoroughly disappointed in my day yesterday...i managed to get 2nd for $550 and 6th for $264 in $50 tourneys, yet i only managed to be up 170, after donking some away at 1/2 nl and a couple of bigger sngs. i expected, after a run like that, to be up 5-600

Party Poker - doing horrible. Haven't cashed in a multi in I can't remember when. Mostly me getting impatient and donking it up somewhere close to the bubble.PokerStars....It's going a lot better since Monday. Played in my 4th 180 $20.00+$2.00 SNG ever and took it down for a $1080.00 win. My largest single tourney win in my 1 1/2 year online poker life.I admit to playing for enjoyment. I'll play a couple of tourneys a week in the $20.00 - $30.00 range. Mostly I break even. With Monday's win, I am now ahead a good bit for the year.

I live in Reno, and the Peppermill Casino is hosting the Fall Poker Tournament. There are basically 2 tourneys a day the regular starts at noon and the second chance tourney starts at 7pm. I played in the $120.00 dollar buy in second chance NLHO last night. And i cashed 164 entrants and I made it to 17th place, bubble was 20th. First time ive ever cashed (third tourney played).

You know, it may be rigged, but I've never ONCE seen a pop up or anything that says "Call this, there's an A on the river and you'll win!"I mean, the idiots HAVE to have SOMETHING that works like this, don't they? Or do they just throw the money into the pot trusting that their card is coming, like it does every time?

You know, you might be onto something here.especially in short handed games, people will call with A high like its nobodies business.K,K for instance, preflop raise, get called. bet out,call/ bet out,call/ Ace on river, check, he bets, i sigh and call. and yep. A,5 with no draws, no anything.I want to choke the hell out of something, and thats when i came up with the idea of the Poker-choker. a torso section of comical poker players made out of a neoprene of some sort, where u have it fastened to your tower, ur monitor or your desk, and choke the hell out of it.anyone think thats a good idea??. god my laundry cant take many more fist poundings .
