Still Button's play seems awful strange to me. Plus, what does he 3-bet preflop that beats me? Not much.Slap my ass and call me donktard.

To clarify, I know this isn't the standard line for overpairs.First, I'm concerned that Button may be loopy, even though I have no read on him.Second, I'm worried what everyone else is doing and that this may be a crazy table in general. At fired up tables, even normally tight weak players will be somewhat LAGish, and the pot being capped 4 ways preflop makes me think I just arrived in LAGtown.

I think it is right to be concerned about what everyone else is doing. Yesterday I was playing a 6-handed 1/2 game and limped UTG with a mid suited connector and got caught up in a capped round preflop with 3 other players. I flopped a straight and flush draw, took one off on the turn (had the pot odds to do so) and got my straight. The villian had AA and lost a lot of money pushing the turn. To his credit he put the brakes on the river, even though the river increased the likelyhood of a straight. You can argue about my play but I'm saying that it is likely with that board that UTG could have been doing the same.

How bad is that UTG though? He called cold called 9 bets and didn't even get to see the river.--cnm
Yeah, i bet it was the krablar, diamonds of course.
Krablar? yes. Diamonds? F.U.C.K. No. Spades for sure. More equity.
