daniel done at the wynn

Actually I was going to post and make that very question its own thread but we might as well keep it here.Where will the Challenge Matches be held at now that Daniel is no longer the Wynn's Poker Ambassador?Secondly are they going to be continuing any time soon? It seems like his schedule is considerably less cramped than it has been since his last Challenge Match. Or will the loss of his deal with the Wynn result in these matches being delayed further? I would think that most poker rooms in Vegas would jump at the chance for the publicity that is sure to come with being associated with these matches. Not necessarily looking for an answer from Daniel himself, if this question as been asked before, please fire a link to that topic.

Daniel doesnt need the Wynn to play poker nor does he need to be consider the "Wynn's Poker Ambassador" all he needs to do is set up the game at his house and have all the web people set it up were we can watch live feed or recorded video of the matches. That would be awesome but really I think Daniel has already been talking to Casinos they arent that stupid to turn down a chance to have Daniel their "Poker Ambassador" or whatever they want to call it. I would call him "The Plenipotentiary of Poker" haha try saying that 10 times.

Obviously he doesn't need to Wynn to play poker, but it provided him with a dealer, a private table, and some privacy while he played these Challenge Matches. Don't know how many people would want to play one of those at his house, with "home felt" advantage being as big of a factor as it is and all. :club:

Too bad this had to end. Daniels involvement with the Wynn was one of the reasons my wife and I started staying there. We'll still go there because it is an amazing property and my wife loves the pool (something Bellagio does NOT do well), but I must admit it will seem less interesting now that D has parted ways with them. I don't understand why Mr. Wynn's people would have such a problem letting Daniel play at Bellagio, or anywhere else for that matter. This seems so foolish. In my opinion they should have let him stay on and also embraced the idea of letting him play where ever he wants.Bad move Wynn! You would have been better off having some Daniel than no Daniel. See you at Bellagio 'D'.Best...

Security wouldn't be an issue if games with high cash volume were known to be held at a private residence?

Guards with guns. Lots of guns. But I think it's easy to assume Daniel wouldn't put himself, or his wife, in that type of situation. Although it would make a good "TJ" or "Dolly" story 20-30 years from now.- Jordan
