troyomac 0
Anyone else in this? This is my first time ever playing in a heads up tourney, and I just made the money round by winning my first 3 matches. Matches 1 &2 were fairly easy as I was playing against pretty passive players. Match 3 was difficult, as my opponent was very aggressive, I had to counter his aggression with my aggression, and it felt like he was in control for the first 15 minutes or so. After a while, I started to feel comfortable raising with mediocre hands, and busted him with A/10 against A2 when an ace flopped. by the way, payouts are: 1st: 1382.402nd: 768.003-4: 409.605-8: 179.209-16: 76.8017-32: 51.20Feel free to sweat if you want

troyomac 0
ok against the one buddy, i blew a HUGE chip lead, like 21000 to 3000, he fought back and had me down to about 6000. with blinds at 600-1200, i was pushing on most hands as he was folding a lot. My 7/4 suited sucked out on his AK, and QJ on his KQ to beat him. He also had some suckouts on me that he wasn't crying about. next match was pretty quick, i had AQ, raised preflop he called with A5. flopped an ace, he checks, i bet, he raises, i reraise. turn is a brick, he checks i go all in, he calls. river bricks, and i'm a happy camper. after that he had about 7500 to my 40000ish, he raised me on a hand, i reraised with K5 suited, he called with 10/J...i make flush, and I advance to the "elite 8"thanks to you guys who are sweating me

troyomac 0
nice catch on the OESD vs his AJthanks....looking back i probably played that wrong, but he was giving me the right price to call for a huge pot, and not putting me all in. i blew a huge chip lead, got him back in it, then i won a big hand with 10/7 offsuit (only a pair of 10's won)...and then i finished him off with a flush to beat his openend straight draw. final 2 baby! going for my first MTT win, and guarenteed $768!!thanks to all the sweaters....for keeping me warm

He misplayed it and you caught your hand, even if you lose that hand you are only at a 3/1 chip disadvatage when you fold on the river and the way he was playing you could have just came over the top on most of the preflop action to get your stack healthy again.
