kobeallstar1 0
New poster, but I have been reading the forums for months now. Had a few topics I wanted to talk about. First wanted to know if anyone played on Bodog (1-2 or 2-4 NL)? If so, whats your SN? Mine is kobeallstar. I turned a very small bankroll into a pretty nice one in about a month just playing 1-2 on bodog. Wondered if anyone else is finding the same donks that I am. I also want Daniel to answer something if he has time. I just started playing some different games other then NL and i wondered what you suggested for getting better at games like Pl Omaha Hi, PL Omaha Hi/Lo, Stud, Stud H/L. Do you think reading a few books first and then maybe playing small limits online would be the best path? Ive played most of the games when I was younger , so I know the general concepts but want to get better at them so I feel comfortable playing them like I do at NL holdem. - Aiit everyone, flame awayPeace

kobeallstar1 0
ive bought SS2 and read the PL Omaha section, thought it was geared a little much towards bigger limits. I dont know if playing that style at 1-2 PL would work very well.

kobeallstar1 0
i will check out the link.....also i know that the donks flood the medium stakes at NL tables on every site , but i think bodog has some unusual amounts and i was hoping that someone knew exactly what i was talking about......to be honest i kinda wanna hear someone else tell me they are beating up the game as much as i am so it will knock my ego down a bit and i wont try anything over my head just because my bankroll is getting bigger by the day.....hahapeace
KingAustin 0
DN isnt the guy you should be asking for help here. He didn't start off the same way us "onliners" have.

acesfullmike 0
my advice, read you ass off. hit every strat forum you can. post hand histories, and then see if what you did is consistant with sshe, ss1+2, etc. then see how you do. get pokertracker to find out if you are really winning or not. the advice DN could give you probably isnt really applicable to the low limit games that we play in. We being people that need villians to make mistakes to win. There are a decent amount of players that will actually expain how to make profitable plays in the strat forum. I suck at poker, but I suck less than the majority of the people that i play against. That is why i do pretty ok, at limits that most of these guys laugh at.
