Othafa9 0
Just curious, because I'm fairly sure that the games he's been playing recently in his blog's are at Bellagio?

getarealjob 0
He plays where he wants. His contract with Wynn is non-exclusive.Would he be making his Bellagio big game play so public if it went against his Wynn contract?Contracts 101 buddy.
Othafa9 0
my impression is that it IS exclusive to cash games. Also, I aced contracts 101 at culinary school.
getarealjob 0
Lemme say, if he is in breach with his Wynn contract, I will be his biggest fan.

Socrates 0
The Wynn is closing - that is why he has been playing at Bellagio so often lately.

idiotpimp 0
I think the most likely scenario is that either his contract had a clause that allowed him to play at other casinos if the high limit action did not move or that there was some sort of renegotiation in his contract. -caveman- 0
Notice he has never said he is at the Bellagio although he probibly is. I assume he is not allowed to mention "Bellagio" in the newly revamped contract. We also aren't hearing about the heads-up tourny's anymore...hmmm?

Unfortunately, there is no big game here at the Wynn so I have to play at a rival casino. I'm sorry but my game has suffered from not playing with the toughest competition on a day to day basis. I will still be the Ambassador if you want me to stay."I don't know but obviously, he had to renegotiate to "exclusive" term. There's nothing the people at the Wynn can do about it except fire him. Getting back to playing in the big game will help DN's game stay sharp and the players in that game keep bringing the best out of each other. All the big game players elevate and improve their game together just on the fact that playing against the toughest competition day in day out is undoubtly the best way to reach the top. Petoria 0
He's not breaching anything...He said "things change".He said that during the NegO tourney on Wed., there was probably some restructuring considering the biggest game at the Wynn is only like a $1000 buy-in. I'd be pretty sure that Wynn has a good amount of shares in Bellagio and the other properties that he's built

I'd be pretty sure that Wynn has a good amount of shares in Bellagio and the other properties that he's builtWynn sold all of his Bellagio/Mirage holdings because of the debt he accumulated building the Bellagio. I believe he owns no part of it whatsoever. The proceeds he had left over from the Mirage/Bellagio sale he used to build the Wynn.(with the help of major investors. I actaully just got back from Vegas and saw the Wynn for the first time. It's nice and all but overall it was pretty disappointing. The casino looks a lot like the Bellagio on the inside but overall it brings nothing new to the Vegas scene and it Wynn's weakest effort to date.
