MapleLeafs 142
I have never seen 1 episode of The Family Guy. I missed out on it during the 1st season, and so many people were talking about it that I wanted to watch it from the 1st episode on. A buddy of mine has the 1st and 2nd seasons on DVD, so I've borrowed them for a while.Looking forward to catching up on what a lot of people have been talking about.
digitalmonkey 929
It's alright. I haven't watched enough of them to really form an opinion. Based on what I have seen though, I prefer the Simpsons!

I mean, the simpsons has been going for 15 odd years. Its run its course I think, Things get stale eventually. Peter is the new Homer
Jadaki 0
Family Guy is way better than the Simpons. There are very few things that have happened on the Simpsons that I can remember even though I watched every episode the first 10 years it was on (before it started really sucking) that would still make me laugh. On the other hand, some of the stuff on Family guy still makes me laugh 4 years later. At work, some wierd situation will happen and someone will say "remember that Family guy episode when Peter did this or that" and everyone laughs. That never happens with the Simpsons.Although respect is due, the Simpsons is the longest running show ever, and thats really impressive for an animated prime time series. I said I haven't really watched Family Guy. When I said I can remember things after one viewing I was talking about the line from American Pie. You are an idiot!
Jadaki 0
What are you talking about? Â I said I haven't really watched Family Guy.So you have not really watched it (other than 1 episode), but said another show was better? Your loss not mine, but you realise that makes your first response to this thread worthless. Why give an opinon on something you admit to not knowing about.I on the other hand stated that I watched both shows, and why I like one better than the other. You can call me an idiot, at least I read the origional post and responded. Apparently you took offense to it for some stupid reason and chose to make an idiotic comment about band camp, now I am pointing out how stupid it is for you to make statements about something you don't know about.Have fun being a troll sir. timbo83 0
passion about animation. Nothing beats it!! 8) Personally, if we're talking old school animation, i'd have to go with teenage mutant ninja turtles. Donatello was the man. And who can forget Vanilla Ice in the movie!! Those were the days....

Petoria 0
Seasons 5-8 of the Simpsons was pretty much the greatest animated comedy ever. It's hard to compare them bc Family Guy has a whole arsenal of comedic tools that werent even allowed on TV back in the mid-90's.
