allinbluff35 0
it's a pacifc heads up match, I call there all day
MarionSauce 0
Yeah definitely raise on flop to eliminate that spade draw. Obviously if he calls then you gotta be careful, and to agree with everyone else-yes I am going broke here.
princeof56k 0
At the flop, there's about 160 in the pot and this guy bets 20. Then he min bets on the turn again, and goes allin when you raise him. This looks like a nut flush who wants to get paid and is trying to suck you in.When this flop comes down, my goal is to reach showdown as cheaply as possible. I would reluctantly call on the flop like you did, but I would not raise the turn as I could still be drawing to only 4 outs. I say reluctantly call the flop bet because while we are getting great odds, you practically have to fold to any significant raise.

CoolHandLaw 0
Thanks for the replies. I guess I just wanted to be sure I made the right choice. Seems like the general consensus is to raise the flop (I know that was a mistake).I called. He flipped over K J River: 6 Given this specific case, I think I'm going broke no matter what.Assuming we dont know what he has, and I raise to 150 on the flop and he pushes. Would you call then with TP good kicker?

Would you call then with TP good kicker?Oooh it would take me balls to call, my first reasoning would be to put him on a small flush and he was a poo poo mcmuffin to call 4BB with 78spades, then you think about the possibility of two pair. Doesn't Pacific only give you 800 chips to start with though, or is it different for HU ?
CoolHandLaw 0
No, you're right. They start you off with 800.
Actuary 3
how I paly it depends on my stack..so sounds like we both have 800.No, I don't call a push on flop after I raised to 150.
