I'm on button with AK, 4 limpers. I raise and blinds flold, limpers call. Flop: 467 two spades. I do not have a spade. First limper bets, 2 folds, 1 call, I call. Turn: Q of diamonds. Checked to me and I check. River: J of hearts. Checked to me and I....?

On a rag board, maybe. But I am certainly not raising a flop with A high, no runner runner draws, and 6 outs which I'm certain are not clean. There's no fold equity here and I don't have enough outs to make this a good freecard play. I only called because of my position and the size of the pot. Thoughts? I'm normally a pretty aggressive player but I think almost all moves are borderline chipspew.

the flop is an easy fold, even getting 13-to-1.no spade.uber-coordinated board.dirty overs.so, you're drawing to an ace or a king that's good, AND a brick so no one sucks out on you even if you suck out on them.the river is an easy check. are you hoping someone is going to fold a single pair to a bet? this is a game with four limpers preflop, right?maybe if they're loose enough to call with ten high missed flush draw, go for it. that's practically the only time a bet on the river here has value.oh wait, no it doesn't. because that's assuming neither of the players in the pot has a pair, and at least one of them will call with ten high.oh yeah, or if the flop bettor will checkraise here with ten high missed flush draw and get the second limper to fold a pair. AND you have to call his checkraise.haha, that would be a fun table.aseem

i disagree that this is an easy fold. i think a fold there is very much read-dependent. by betting into the PF raiser, he is possibly showing weakness. if all we're up against is top-pair, then we can call here. however on such a coordinated board, it'd be hard to go wrong folding here. and if you are playing against opponents with any type of pre-flop requirements, its an easy fold, since at best you're against a couple pairs, straight draws galore, possible flush draws, etc.danielEDIT: turn and river are both check-folds. anything else is a clear spew.
