The fact is that if Gus Hansen (note the "e") were easy to crack, he would NOT be a winner in The Big Game. However, by Doyle Brunson's own admission, he is now a winner in that game. He would not be a top level pro if his game were easy to crack. Just because you saw a few shorthanded hands that he played on the WPT and noticed a pattern or two, that doesn't mean you cracked his game. You're just an egotistical, attention-wanting, television watching donkey.

First off, you're screen name screams, "Please ignore me or flame me. Either way, never take anything I say seriously because I am a crackhead." I mean whenever I watch poker on tv, not only do i know exactly what to do all the time...but it's like i can actually see their cards. Well actually it was the ideas that people were attacking. They were obviously drawn after extremely incomplete samples. On top of that it is a terribly incomplete analysis. What does he do with good hands? How does he play top pair? How does he tend to play missed flops, and bluffs? Have any idea about betting patterns? Your "analysis" as you call it was a joke. You pushed even further and said that you unlocked some secrets that the best pros in the world couldn't figure out. These are players that have proved themselves to be the best in the world at figuring things like that out. You simply overstated yourself many times, so don't be surprised when people are skeptical.

What do you have to back up your stupid claims? A few dozen or hundred videotaped hands? What makes you so sure you're right on this and why would you post it on this forum anyways if you care about Gus so much other than to try to get validation that you have a big swinging dick and are a pro level player? I've seen Gus Hansen record many many hands into an mp3 recorder. ive gone over logs of hands tapes and audios of almost all of gus hansons hands  that are recorded and have cracked his styleits all math taken to the extreme of LAG and he has some simple betting patterns that make him beatable by a discerning playerany suited connector in position he will raise standard depending on how many at the table if pushed back  more than pot odds dictates he foldsout of postion he raises more than standard with suited connectors and will DEFEND HARDER than he wound in position tricky tricky gusbig hands he plays more liberally youll see more variations in his actions those two patters alone will allow anyone to beat gusthere are more but they are more complex and most poeple even pros wont be able to discover them so ill keep them to msyelf and maybe use them in the stars 100/200hope he reads this cause i like him and dont want to see him lose his edge when other pro's figure this outGood Luck.

Wow, you have WAY too much time on your hands. If you are that good at "cracking" everyones playing style, maybe you should be playing instead of playing...rewinding...playing...rewinding your WPT Season 2 box set over and over again. It has been said already, but you can not pick on someones playing style from watching the WPT, WSOP, etc... They only show about 10% of the hands dealt, you have no idea what Gus did in the other 1000 hands he played at that final table. I do agree that he does limp with monsters and over raise marginal hands though. But then again, nobody knows what he does with the hands not shown on TV unless you were sitting at that table with him.
