A very good friend of mine is in the marketing dept for a large multinational company and they are putting on Poker seminars in CA, NY and one other place that they have offices. She needs to hire a couple of popular poker players for these seminars and last night she asked my advice on who to choose and sent me their day rates to help make the decision. It is basically 6 hours of "work" for the poker player to give a speech and play with the employees.I have to go home now but if this thread is still around, I'll post some of the day rates. Its funny.BTW, why can't I work for a company that sponsers teaching the employees poker?

Of course my rate is the highest. Look at the huge number of tournaments i've won in the last 3 years and my reputation as a feared cash game player. David? Shrug, yeah he is quote the charmer. I used to judge most of the high level Magic events he played in pre-poker days. He actually was banned for cheating from Magic for a period of time.
