print screen help

How do i post my pokertracker screen in the forum. Do i ise printscreen to take the picture? How do i post it after that? Any help would be great. thanks guys

I generally hit alt or contrl I can't remmeber which and print screen then go to paint the crappy microsoft program, then click edit paste and then save it

If you just want the pokertracker screen, make sure it is the active screen, and press alt-print screen. Then use the paste command in any program that will allow it (paint, paint shop, etc.) and save as jpeg or bitmap. Hope this helps.
