JacKingOff_suit 0
I was 3-tabling PLO8 $200 about 5 minutes.I made the nut low and bottom 2 pairs on the flop. 3 players including me went all-in by the river. A player with top set took all the money.WTF?I checked my tables, I was in the PLO tables.I just had 2 beers...I broke even fortunately by the time I knew my mistake.Going back to PLO8s...

TheIceman05 0
Haha. I once killed $500 PLO for an hour thinking it was PLO8.When I found out, I left immediately Same thing happened to me. I was coming over the top with top-two and nut-uncounterfeitable lows, and people were folding. I thought I was playing conservatively, but I must have looked like a maniac. Finally I lost a small pot when I called a bet on the end with A234, when the boar was like 8854K, and didn't get a piece. Good call wiht your bottom pair, there, dumbassD'oh.Iceman
nosoul 0
I hate it when that happens. I thought I sat down at an Omaha/8 table, got nothing but high hands for half an hour. I kept hitting nut straights and took down several pots. After I scooped each one, I kept thinking "Wow, nobody has a low. That's weird." Finally dawned on me that it was a high only table. Oops.I also had it happen on a Stud table. I started with pocket aces and some guy raised me the whole way. At the showdown, he turned up a 6-4 low. I took the pot, he started cursing and left. Vman96 0
I started playing limit omaha at pacific by accidentally thinking it was O/8....played for an hour being card dead....I even commented to myself that there were wasn't many low pots being given....it's still didn't sink in. Only sucked in when I expected half the pot for nut low....and got nothing....lol
