We didn't.right. Instead we bombed Iraq when a bunch of Saudis based in Afganistan crashed some ariplanes into a building. At least we had the decency to bomb Afganistan a little first and pretend to look for Bin Laden before we got onwith the more important buisness of making litteraly tens of thousands of new islamic terrorists in Iraq at the cost of thousands of US lives and tens of thousands amputees. That was a good idea.I'm fairly certain you don't know what corrolary means. Just ask next time, saves you from loooking silly.
When did I mention Iraq in the post you quoted me???

I don't know if this has been mentioned in regards to gas...But I watched one of those "Give me a breaks" by John Stossel of ABC and he makes some good points that those who bi.tch about gas prices should really think about..A gallon of ice cream costs $3-4A gallon of milk costs $3A gallon of water can run as high as $3 and usually around $1You get the point.. a gallon of anything usually costs more than a gallon of gas. You should be bitch.ing about the outragous price of milk these days.. now thats a ripoff!A gallon of gas goes over $2 and people start bitch.ing and creating these big long drawn out arguements over nothing. You should be happy gas is as CHEAP as it is..The production costs, shipping, extraction, etc... One of the most expensive processes on the planet and we pay CHUMP change for gas.Find another topic to cry about.

Is it a coincidence that Muslims are involved in most armed conficts in the world right now??
this is also a retarded statement...
Who bombed NYC, DC, Madrid and London. All our bombings were in response.
technically, nyc and dc weren't bombed...planes != bombssemantics really...i'm going to go along and say that the biggest issue with world peace is the US foreign policy.
How should we change it??
quit invading countries we shouldn't invade?quit masking his own personal agenda by attempting to strike fear into millions of americans?
The invasion of Iraq was post 9/11. What could we have done before then?

an answer i could give would be to have gotten bin laden before 9/11 happened, but essentially, there's nothing we could have done. shit happens. we can't prevent every attack, but we can limit them by not PISSING THE ENTIRE MIDDLE EAST OFF.

let's put this comparatively to how far a gallon goes with each substance.gallon of ice cream, single college student: couple weeks, maybe a week if he's a fatassgallon of milk: i know when i lived on my own, i couldn't finish a gallon of milk off before it expired, so 2 weeks-isha gallon of water: don't really buy gallons of water, but if i did, i would buy the cheap walmart shit for like .50/gal and be fine with it. plus, it'd last me at least a day or two.gallon of gas: 25 miles, or maybe two days back and forth to work.and i drive a somewhat economical car.

For the record, I'm this hard on republicans as I am on liberals, I like to play Devil's Advocate. So many people get hooked to a certain philosophy and die to it. Don't believe me??How many Republicans here are pro-choice and could live with John Doe dropping acid in his home without governement interferecne. How many Democrats would let me make as much money as I could without the IRS telling me how much I need to give to 3rd generation welfare recipients. Both are different sides of the same coin   Don't you get it??

we can actually go after the correct people and hold them accountable for their actions, instead of using a tragedy to invade a country that had nothing to do with said tragedy and settling a vendetta our president and his father had against that country's leader.but wait, then bush might actually have to befriend his saudi friends. that won't happen, so let's just invade a country whose people look the same, and america will never know the difference!

I served 8 years, I know the difference. I think it's sick that Bush whored to the Saudis. That's why my OP states to get our own oil and kill em all. It was about self preservation, Not Pro -Bush.Again, Republicans and Democrats are so in line with the company store that they can't see straight. Prove me wrong on this.

you wanted an answer, and the answer isn't to "kill em all," unless you want every middle easterner (as well as just about everyone else in the world) to have a brand new hatred for us.

To whoever asked about the gas prices in Chicago and whether it was regular or premium.... It is regular. The cheapest places in the burbs are about $2.90 and in the city it's over $3.So you can all suck my ass!

To support President Bush and our troop, I am willing to pay up to $5/gallon. So shut the hell up libbies!
can i bill you for any amount of gas i have to pay over the 1.20ish it was when he entered office?
It's Bill Clinton's fault. Bill it to him.
I find that funny since gas got down to $0.87 a gallon during the summer of 1999, which was when Clinton was in office. Hmmmmmmmmmm. Bush is to blame for this, we are fighting a worthless war that our resident braindead hick George Duhhhhhhbya is trying to play off as a war on terrorism. This whole thing is about oil interests and anyone who thinks otherwise is an absolute fool. I agree with Pupsta you should pick up my gas tab also. For the record I DO support the troops, but I don't support the war.

No, he is a colossal douche. Perhaps the largest in the world next to that John Edward cat.

:club:
We should have. It would have denied the Jap's a excellent habour. Since they already controlled most of the chinesse coast. the thing is the U.S. was not capable of carrring out such a raid at that time.
