haralabos voulgaris

Recommended Posts

I live in the UK so am a few months behind on the WPT but last night I watched the LA Poker Classic where Haralabos was head up with Michael Mizrachi. Now I have heard his name mentioned, I think from Daniel's posts, and I was just wondering what the crack was with this guy as I thought he came off as a bit of an A-hole. He played some decent stuff and made some big decisions but I just thought he was a little arrogant. Any info on the dude would be appreciated.

Played with him in the EPT Final in Monte Carlo...he's buddy-buddy with Gus Hansen, he came off as an assclown and kinda holier than thou attitude, I didn't care for him much and didn't really think he was anything special poker-wise either...Pretty sure he busted the first day of the event.

I watched him for the first time last night also. Very arrogant, and some idiotic heads up play from what they showed. Very funny when the whole Mizrachi clan invaded the set at the end.

Uptight playright... LOL. Funny thing is I reember reading that Extempore post a little while ago, all makes so much more sense now. His heads up play was certainly brave, arguable questionnable an yeah, I really liked Mizrachi. Kid got skills even though he got a little lucky in a couple of spots. Anyways... Thanks for the info guys.
