deadmoney4u 0
I really only show a hand about twice a week, if it's on a bluff then only to a low stack so as to get him censored off enough to go on tilt and get busted- out.Otherwise if I have had a chat with a guy and I just won with the nuts to a fold.Apart from these shows of weakness I NEVER let anyone know what I had as I am a tight-aggressive player and I would be doing myself an injustice. Always? Do you ever adjust your style of play to your opponents, or do you always match your tables to your style? What do you do when your table becomes TAG, through people coming and going? Do you just leave and find another table? Do you observe a table for atleast an orbit before sitting down? Do you play MTTs, where your tablemates are out of your control? I think you got it right just there, of course you have to "know" your opponent but at the same time if I find I'm playing with guys with a similar strategy to me then of course I hate it because the I know it's going to be a really hard grind. You have to go with your gut instinct I can play one hand and leave, if I am waiting for the blinds and watching I can leave without playing.Remember information is on a need to know basis, ask yourself, Will it benefit me if the whole table knows what I had? devilsslide 0
On the flip side of this topic, do you think it is safe to assume that most people generally show cards opposite their playing style? i.e. if someone shows made hands, then he is usually loose and tends to bluff-- or if someone shows bluffs, then he is usually tight and rarely bluffs? potpumper43 0
A good time to show is very late in a sit n go, you have 2nd or 3rd chips, and move in on big stack's BB. Show them your big hands when they fold.

That's why I'm always uneasy when I'm in a big pot with someone who's aready shown a bluff. I tend to give them credit for a hand more so than I normally would. Nothing sucks more than someone taking your chips on a bluff they show (when they didn't have to), then getting knocked out by that same person when they have a made hand. pokerman 0
I'd show my nuts to Jennifer Harman only if I could stick them in her dirty place.
Dixie Wrecked 0
If you think you are showing the nuts too much, you need this.http://media.putfile.com/nut-bra
Men the Hellmuth 0
If your a player capable of bluffing or playing real tight, being able to switch gears, then it doesnt matter if you show your cards or not..... IMO of course.....so with me, ill show any hand at any time because im just as capable of bluffing with with nothing or betting the nuts.... either way players arent going to put me on a hand at anytime....
