2+2 mid/high lhe, clarkmeister in big pot

assem, I think you're wrong to be honest. This bet also has a bit of FEon it because of his cap PF. I like this hand a lot to be honest. I also don't generally disagree with thedude, he has always given great advice, but I would like to see what clark, dcifer, bdk3lash, bk, or paluka say

i honestly think you're overestimating our fold equity versus a BETTER HAND (that's key).think, your typical casino villian who's drinking and gambling it up probably isn't going to have the "discipline" to fold top pair or better (remember, we don't even have top pair) on a four-flush river.really, what will he fold for one bet here that we don't beat?and by the way, you keep misspelling my name. it's aseem, not assem. :-) aseem

any weak A without a spade will be folded, like I said, I don't generally disagree with TheDude. YOu have to remember, even a B&M villian at higher stakes can fold when they think they're beat, if this was a lower stakes hand, then betting might not be right, but since this is a higher stakes game, somethings change(basically the level of play of the donks, a 20/40 donk is significantly better than a 5/10 donk)

I like the Clark.I think it is more likely that villain will fold a better hand than raise with a worse hand. And I don't think he is likely to raise us with a worse hand either. He may call with a better hand, or worse hand. But if we are spending 1BB anyway, at least by taking the lead we have the fold equity involved with the bet. However slim that FE may actually be against a drinking player, I think leading out increases our odds of winning the hand just enough that it's worth making.Just my .02
