hockeyeh 0
if a player is to score in a shootout, does that goal count in his official game stats or does it not, and for gambling purposes, do the goals count in the over/under?
dEv~ 19
I'm not 100% on this one...but I doubt it...the game will prolly show up in the box as a 3-3 tie or whatever...with an * next to the team that won the shootout.I'm prolly wrong but I'm too tired and lazy to look it up right now. Heaton 0
No, it doesn't count towards his game stats, and for the record, don't expect more than 15 shootouts throughout the entire season.
digitalmonkey 929
The goals will not count in the players official totals, although such things WILL be kept track of.As for the game; any game won in a shootout will be shown as a one goal win. For instance if Montreal and Toronto end the overtime tied at 3 and Montreal wins the shootout, the final scre will be 4 - 3.
digitalmonkey 929
and for the record, don't expect more than 15 shootouts throughout the entire season. You want to put a wager on that? Minnesota had 20 ties alone in the last played season. Admittedly, not being guaranteed at least a point will open things up even more, but you gotta think a lot of teams see themselves having a better chance in a shootout than in a 4 on 4 situation. ajs510 122
You'll see at least 3 shootouts on opening night alone.
Governator 54
You'll see at least 3 shootouts on opening night alone.Geez.. I hope not. Shootouts are silly way to decide a game.
