royal tour remembers when

Recommended Posts

wow.9 pages within 4 hours. Thats gotta be a record or something.
Um, no. But very respectable regardless. Congratz.
"FCP at work crew" doesn t count Renae. comon now. thats not even a thread, thats like multi-way conversations. Its too much for me to handle
It absolutely counts. It is the glue that holds off topic together (and some of our lives as well!)We can put up an important page (like our ceremonial page #420 - you stoners would have liked that one) in like 10 minutes. 10 pages in a day is a regular day there. Don't discount the army. Even DN likes (and visits) us.

And speaking of sports...Remember when Darren Daulton was the hottest catcher in the league? And when Andre Agassi had hair?
when Joe Carter hit the Home run for the Jays to win the world series back to back..awesome!
Ugh! Don't remind me. I was a huge Phillies fan in those days. The only thing that made that palatable was that Joe Carter is a hometown boy (Oklahoma City).

Let's see. MarionSauce is still around. Jayistheman is going to work in September so he'll be back with us then. BilliardsBoy is MIA. DigitalMonkey got banned. The rest of us (AllinBluff, Absolute, ChuckSty, Fryer98 - all on the first page of that thread) are still there. Including a few new ones we've added along the way.

Dutch Daulton!?!?!................or how about Lenny Dykstra? Nailz was a hero of mine. How about Dan vs. Dave in the Olympics............i dont remember their names or anything its just a distorted memory in between the chronic smoke.
One of those guys didn't actually qualify for the Olympics that year. I don't remember which one, but it was a pretty big let down and of course very funny. I loved Dykstra. Speaking of the old Phils, is it weird to anybody else to see Kruk all trimmed and proper-looking on Baseball Tonight? The dude needs long hair, a shaggy beard, and chew spit running down his chin!

Geez! You guys are taking me back today! Hmmm...........what do I remember...........To the guy who said Crystal Pepsi, I LOVED that stuff! (Of course, Diet Pepsi is as essential to me as water, so take that for what you will)I, too, remember my first experience with a girl.............ah..............Sunday was a good day. (On a side note, my actual first time was in the practice room in the band room at high school. I kid you not). For what it's worth, I still watch Fresh Prince of Bel Air all the time, and I love that song.Who here remembers the Arch Deluxe? I LOVED THAT BURGER (oh geez, you can already tell I'm a fat ass, right?)Did anyone else beg their parents, when they were kids, to rent them video games every time they went out? To the person who mentioned the Power Pad for the Ninendo, that was the best ever. We had the 3 game cartridge with Super Mario/Duck Hunt/World Class Track Meet. I was the first in my house to be able to beat Cheetah, and it was never even close! And of course, who doesn't remember the anxiety they had going through them when they told the first girl they liked that they had a crush on them. I still get a little antsy when I tell a girl I care about them. (Remember, I'm a fat ass, sure doesn't come easy. lol)That's all I got..........I'm sure I'll remember more as we continue with this.-Shawn K.

You know., true love is hard to find. You think you find true love and then you catch the early flight home from san diego and a couple of nude people jump out of your closet like a god damn magic show ready to double team your girlfriend and it stops...
What a great movie -- definitely one of my favourite comedies."Well, I guess I am just feeling confused. For example, we were out for dinner the other night at the Olive Garden, which was lovely. At some point during the meal I happened to glance over at the waitress and I started to think what colour her underpants, her panties might be. Chances are just plain cotton, but maybe they're silk, or maybe a thong. Or maybe something cool that I don't even know about yet. I guess what I'm trying to say is that this whole marraige thing has me freaked out about the fact that I'm going to be with one woman for the rest of my life." "What? I thought we were in the trust tree, the nest"Anybody remember Ikeda lock-up jeans and the inevitable "that guy" that would lose the key? How about Astroboy -- that show was great. Or when Super Nintendo came out and it was like 300 bux. Even PS1, I got one early and it is like 4 times the sizes of my buddy's game console from more recently. Remember when the CFL expanded to the U.S. very briefly? (Probably only Canadians remember this ironically enough)Devo

Sorry, but Excite Bike > *.nesgame
Yeah, Excite Bike does rawk! Never was very good at it, and I hated the bike overheating, but it still rawks.I just thought of something. You guys remember when you first started playing poker, in home games or what not, and the nervous energy you always had going through you? I particularly miss my first home games, because it was an awesome atmosphere, we'd all get together on a Tuesday night, watch the WSOP, and play some poker. (Just stopped recently when the host moved, it was a sad day).-Shawn K.

making tracks was awesome...i used to love those little stick deals that were like barracades or something, and the thing that went up a ramp to an upper-level road that suddenly dropped off...always forgot to put in the things that cooled off your engine though...overheated a lot
