monoatomic 0
VPI WAY TO LOW. should be about 22-25.Folding to a steal to often. Not stealing enough.I think your went to showdown is pretty low, I'd bet your folding to a river bet is pretty high.
Silly_11 0
The games i've been playing seem fairly tight.... does that explain the low VPI? I realized that I need to steal more and that I might be stole from too much. Thanks for your input...anything else?s
BeanGW 0
Just a few notes:VPIP is low. Generally 17-18% or so is standard. In Smaller Stakes games I think being slightly looser than that is actually a good thing.... I am starting to believe that 20% is a more profitable target.PF raise is too low. Think about it this way... If you are playing only 14% of your hands, and most of your villains are playing 25% or above, those hands you play are generally going to be VERY strong compared to your villains. You should be raising much more like 14-15% preflop, maybe even more. When your VPIP moves up to the 18-20% range, that PF raise range should drop down around 10-11%.Steal more - AKA 30% range. About 1/3 of the time that you are in the position to steal you will have a hand strong enough to make the attempt. I agree with Mono that you should be going to show down more often, and calling a river bet more often. You are ahead there more often than you think.Oh... and if the games are fairly tight... find looser games. You shouldn't have to play tight games at .5/1 or 1/2.
