PhishForChips 0
Great lineup there. Trey will peel back your heads and melt your brains if you haven't been privy to his guitar work in a live setting.
bengy3 0
You guys know its not DMB right?? its Dave & Friends....the band dave was touring with for his solo album.... Dave, Trey, Tim Reynolds etc... which in my mind is more exciting, not that i'l lbe able to make it out to vegas for this Exactly, if you are expecting to hear DMB or DMB songs at this concert you'll probably be disappointed. Dave & Friends play songs from Some Devil and some covers. Although if it is like last year's tour than Dave and Tim will play some DMB songs acoustically before the rest of the band comes on. Here's a sample setlist from the D&F tour last year.Bartender * The Stone * Lie In Our Graves * I'll Back You Up * Where Are You Going * Cry Freedom * Dancing Nancies * Dodo Stay or Leave Trouble Up And Away Solsbury Hill So Damn Lucky Tell Me Something Good Save Me Baby Gravedigger Grey Blue Eyes Oh Sister G1Some Devil Up On Cripple Creek @ American Tune Too High ...> Fire ...> Hey Bulldog G2Encore:Waste ~ Everyday ~ Thank You
dolfan 0
Ok, no disrespect to jam bands like DMB and Phish but I can only handle them for like one or two songs until I get bored. Just not my style I guess. They're incredible musicians, but they don't do it for me. Anyone else like me who was more excited to see The Shins, The Decemberists, Ryan Adams, and Ween on the list? This is really a moot point, though, since I won't be able to go anyway. Just curious if there are any other FCP'ers with the same taste in music as me. Or even if you dont' like those bands, let me know. I'll tell you why they're cooler than whoever you like. Just kidding.Yeah I have to agree I'm not much into jam bands. I am a huge Ryan Adams (and his former band Whiskeytown) fan.I also would love to see the Flaming Lips, Shins and Jack Johnson (who I did see with Ben Harper - What a great show!) 8)I only recently got into Ryan Adams but I was surprised by how much I like his stuff. I only have 2 newer albums, Love is Hell and Cold Roses. I haven't heard any Whiskeytown stuff but I love whiskey and I love towns so it can't be bad!

I was just hoping that since Trey and Warren are going to be there we might see some good jams.
dank773 0
Pretty sweet lineup for this thing. The Shins should be good. I saw them in Chicago about two months ago and they were great.

It just seemed like a bunch of people thought it was going to be a DMB show.
