budfox427 0
they had quite a few games spread at Hollywood a year ago when I was there. Be prepared to wait....a lot. We drove in for a one nighter. I put in my request at 10pm and didn't geta call until damn near 1:30am, and it was for a game that was above my bankroll and not what I requested. I got to play zero poker, and got my ass kicked at the blackjack tables instead. Looked like donkfest 2004 in there though. I watched a buddy of mine play 2/4 for a while, and damn near every street was capped. I watched him pull in a massive pot when he flopped a straight flush, and every street was capped all the way down to the river, one guy flipping up an overpair, and the other bottom 2 pair, neither of them ever even stopping to think that they could possibly be beat with a coordinated 3 diamond flop, and a 4th diamond on the turn  . I was staying up in Denton for the weekend a few months ago and decided to call my buddy up from Fort Worth so we could hit the new poker tables I'd been hearing about. We showed up about 8pm Saturday night, and the wait list...I shit you not...had 180 people on it. The guy said we'd get a seat around 4:30am. I haven't been back since, I hope they expand their poker room by at least 10 tables soon.

One of them also has a $110 buy-in NL tourney on Saturday morning, so I'm going to play in that I think. Thanks guys!
