Personally, the people who videotaped this thing (and profited from it) should get their cars broken into repeatedly. After getting their window fixed, it should be re-broken.I would pay someone to do it. Consider me an agent of karmic retribution. Otherwise, the email went out to their regional PR/Media person and the VP of Hotel Operations. Both people I haven't met... but they seemed to be the right contacts to get some answers.

Not the entire midwest, your neighbor to the west, Illinois, doesn't have a conceal and carry law, and I hope we never get one because I will leave the state. I have no problem with people having guns for hunting purposes, but you will never convince me that the way to get guns out of the hands of criminals is to put more guns on the street.

1. i somehow doubt that the rio has no video cameras in the parking lots. these aren't the old days when there were armed robberies in the parking lots, because now they usually have security and video cameras around the whole premises of any normal casino.2. outdoor parking? i'm not sure about the rio, but most casinos use garages...aseem
