bdc30 0
Sorry, it's a hand from memory, but itwas at $2-2 NL on Pokerroom last night.Hero has Q 7 one off the button.5 players see the flop, no raises Flop 6 5 J Checked all around, Turn 8 Checked through again, (did I miss a bet here?) River 4 (still 5 people in the pot, 2 behind me)Checked to me, I check as well (bet here? how much?)Button bets $11, 4 folds, I raise to $40, button folds.I know the PF call was borderline, just seeing if I missed some bets along the way.[edit--sorry I should have added, the button player hadbeen annoying the whole table for the time I'd been theremaking huge overbets and PF raises, and showing downminimal hands...I overbet so much hoping that he hadmade the straight as well with another 7, and would thinkI was trying to steal instead of splitting the pot]
GrinderMJ 0
On the turn i would have bet the pot because you had a huge draw. If you get called you still have a ton of outs, and if nobody has anything, you can take the pot down right there. Your river raise was a little large in my opinion, i probably would have jsut bumped it to twenty two as a value bet.
myenemy 0
I would bet the turn here at least half the time (when I dont expect a raise) on of your huge draw so that is one missed bet. Plus i dont really like checking here on the river, I try never to miss a bet on the end because i got greedy. Ideally I would get 1 or 2 callers on my turn bet. Then when my hand is made on the river, put in a disguised post oak hoping for a raise at which point if it is your aggressive player I make a reraise.
