what is your opinion on....

...limping in with AA in early position hoping to get in a reraise?Personally I think this is a superb move if you think there is a 50% chance of being raised. An initial raise, if too large may scare every one out, and too small may get you too much action but a strong reraise here not only sends the correct message but makes you more money than you might have otherwise in a 'fold around' or 'one caller situation'. If no one raises you here than you know to play the hand with a certain amount of caution.

do it exactly 1/3 of the time. use an external factor to randomize (i.e. look at wristwatch when action is on you: if second hand is between 1-20 secs, you limp, if its between 20-60 secs, you raise).

Wow. Remind me to never re-raise blaze when he looks at his watch. Blaze's advice is right, though. Randomize when you limp with aces. Against a tight table, I raise up front hoping to get someone to re-raise with a hand like KK or QQ. On a loose table, the limp-raise is a great move. Do it, but don't become predictable.

or, more accurately, become predictably unpredictable. and the watch thing can be a tell, so you need to be able to do it discreetly. Theres lots of ways to randomize, though. pick a suit, for example. to get it at 1/3, you could limp reraise every time you get aces with the Ah, except with the Ad as well (that will give you 2 of the 6 combinations, or 1/3), and raise all other combos up front.
