JIMGRIFFIN 0
my cousin was telling me how he read that 10-7 offsuit has been redicuosly lucky for daniel. Wow! it has been now for me too. I added this to my play book.Just now in a muli tournament started with 140 players and down to 33 left i was 2nd in chips with a large lead. I had 50,000 chips and leader has 90,000 and is at same table as me. tourney pays top 18.I limp with my 10-7 os with chip leader in bb.a short stack with 5k in chips also limped.3 way action flop comes9 8 6 chip leader checks, i bet pot, short stack goes all in chip leader calls, i go all in chip leader calls.chip leader hold K9 short stack has set of 99.the nuts on the flop which i hold stand up..will see how it turns out break is almost over but i have an insane chip lead.I been pulling down crazzy pots the last few days with hands like 46suited10-7 off, and 57 , 4-7 etc.I am known as a very tight agressive player and play with same group daily. these guys respect my game as im always #2 or #3 on tournament leaderboard. Many of them think i lost my mind raising with junk and hitting, but its worked out awesome. cuz now then i raise big with AA or KK they play back at me with A10 and other marginal hands =).Thanks daniel, im having fun adding some new elements to my game.the 10-7 right now is sure the hottest for me :)Jim Griffin

SilkySpinZ 0
I wish I can say the same... this has been my worst hand ever... don't know why.
Guest
Only if they were suited... 7-10 off vs. 9 10 of hearts, you take your pick
SNoh84 0
obviously 7-10 o, that way you can make two flushes!
RikyRicardo 0
I love suited connectors... they pay huge in short handed pots... and normally playable for raise if you can pin point your oppentents hands...I don't play them against loose players... but do against tight ones... the ones that play one hand in 20 and raise only with monsters... if I hit two pair, a nut str8 or one they can't touch, or a flush draw wow... they will trap a non threating board giving me free cards on the turn... then they over bet when a scare card comes.... oops too late... now they are pot committed and drawing thin or dead.... lol I love the look on their faces.. when I turn over 64 of clubs... implied odds to the newbie tight a$$
sacopoo 0
I an't beleve I hear poker players talking about a inferior hand being lucky ..... my favorite lucky hand is AA.... :-) I think we all know over the long run you will lose money with 10 7 although you will be more inclined to remeber the times you actually do win a pot with it. twopinkeyez 0
i love playing semi-connectors, suited or un-suited...players never put u on that, that's why.. and raising pre flop with it just adds a nice over th e top touch! :-)
