It offers good advice on poker in general and more specific advice on several games--limit hold 'em, 7 card stud and Omaha hi-lo split. If you're an experienced player, the product may not be of much use to you, but if you are a beginning player, I think you will like it.I bought it when I was learning to play and it helped me.
