looking for a federal criminal lawyer

Recommended Posts

If you are a federal criminal lawyer, or have a bunch of knowledge about federal laws, PM me.TY
I work at a law firm and have the book Federal Civil Judicial Procedure and Rules right in front of me....but my knowledge about crimial proceedings is a bit more limited....let me know if this helps
Dude, if you do not have a license to practice law do not give legal advice. You could either be sued, or haled into court for the unauthorized practice of law.
No I couldnt.

LOL, and thanks.Be careful though, by posting that you have opened yourself up to a barrage of private messages threatening to have you banned. He might also want to have sex with your children (should you have kids) and he will tell you that he won't argue, that he is done, and lo and behold, in the classic passive/aggressive manner that is particularly favored by the limp dicked, frustrated, latent, loser bankers of the world, he will then "flame" you. Hope you are able to sleep tonight should that occur.

Whats the difference? There is none. That is why you cannot give legal advice. Because you did not pass the bar. I am in law school. I do have a clue. Even if you do give legal advice if someone acts on it you are exposed to liability. In most states you do not have to hold your self out to be a lawyer to be prosecuted for unauthorized practice, you just have to hold yourself out as competent to give legal advice. When you act on a client's behalf you do so under the supervision of a practicing attorney or you are breaking the law which would be the case here if you interpreted the law w/o supervision.

Transporting a sheep across state lines for imoral purposes, again?LEt us in on the problem, man.  Clearly you're judgement is screwed anyway as you're looking for a criminal lawyer referall HERE, but at least give us something intresting to read.On the plus side, if things go sideways, Federal time is pretty cushy compared to most state lock ups.SO you've got that going for you.  Which is nice.
Depends on the facility... uh.... so I hear..

Pal,what law school is this? Devry Law? If someone randomly asks you a question about the law and you give an answer you are not open to any liability whatsoever. I mean I offered to tell him about some federal statutes if thats something he was interested in. You cant be liable for reading someone answers out of a book. Twerp.
