Guest XXEddie
Still cant beleive I did what I didNL tourney 2nd handA2 on buttonUTG, UTG+1, MP, CO limp, I limp(Pacific has the loosest player, especially PF, I hit anything I get paid off), SB completes, BB checksflop 35Q all heartschecked to UTG who bets 60, all fold, I call(240 pot)turn QUTG bets 60 I call(pot 360)I dont wanna raise because if he doesnt have a flush or a Q, he'll fold.river Ahe moves in for 640(I have 660) I....Now what hands beat me?AA, QQ-usually on pacific, people like to minimum raise with these hands, so ruled these outQ5, Q3-possible, but hard to put him onAQ, 33, 55-These are my main concerns. timwakefield 68
I'd be too afraid of 33 or 55 to call.
econ_tim 0
Well, I don't really like your flop play, and I would raise the turn. But given the action to the river, I think calling isn't so bad. If this guy is a fishy player, he probably wouldn't push with a boat. Plus, the opportunity of doubling up early might be worth enough to offset the decision even if it loses chips on average. RISEorFall 0
seriously...you play A2 suited PF to hit your flush, you get it, and then you wanna fold it because he might have one of like 4 hands that beat you? If you had very very strong evidence he had a boat then sure, fold. Other than that, if you don't call, you shouldn't be playing A2 suited.

Other than that, if you don't call, you shouldn't be playing A2 suited.normally I wouldnt but it was a fast strcuture(5 min levels) so you had to see a lot of flops and try to get a big stack quickAfter I ruled it down to 33, 55, or AQ i took out 33 and 55 reason-I feel both turn and flop bet are weak. He needed to bet more to get draws out. AQ in that situation is easy if a heart comes, check/fold33 and 55 arent. Not too many people on pacific know about pot odds so he mighta struggled decided what to do If a bet big. So ive narrowed it down to AQI finally called.....and lets say say at least my reads were on.
