So several of the dealers have told me that there was a pool going around amoungst many of the dealers for the main event. Whoever knocked Helmeuth out won the cash. I would be a bit pissed if I were Helmueth, but pretty funny none the less.

I don't like the guy, but really thats exactly how I felt about it too. I can't believe that the people involved did not think about the obvious problems with such a bet, and by the way I heard this story from more than one dealer, so my sences tell me that it is true. The only problem with a dealer pulling cards though is that it would be a little risky with all of the cameras everywhere, and since phils table was the feature he had only about 8 to 10 cameras on him.
