Guest
based on the blind/payout/cip structure and the ease of competition, what are your top 3 sites to play SNGs? preferably the top 3 for low SNGs like $5 and $10. i've only played at pokerroom and powerplayer. powerplayer players seem tight as HELL and they just took freakin forever. are there sites that are really easier than these two? i've heard partypoker is easier but the 20% rake at the $5s just sucks. Guest
bodog is the easiest? thats weird. i'd figure one of the more known sites wich attracts a wider range of people would be easier.
Mattnxtc 0
bodog has a great structure and if ur unlucky u may find like 2 guys that know how to play at the table...top 3 pay and you really dont have to try to get down to the final 4 and then its just hope u dont take a bad beat
Orion071 0
PartyPoker's blind structure is completely terrible. You only start with $800 and the blinds go up every 10 hands from 10/20 to 15/30 to 25/50 to 50/100. So after 30 hands it's an all-in fest.
Dubey 1,035
I like pokerstars. 1500 starting chips. reasonable blind increases, weak competition. (at the 5 buck level)
Guest
i don't like how pokerstars has only 9 people.. not muc different from 10 but less payouts

Blind structures are great, competition for $5 and most $10 are weak. There are also $1 SnGs great for when you're on tilt. And finally there are "turbo" tournaments if you don't want to play for ~70 minutes per SnG. Also lots of 6 seaters and heads up SnGs too.
Guest
damn now i've heard bodog, fulltilt, pokerstars, partypoker, and ultimatebet as the best sites! i don't know where to go!in fact the only places i haven't heard are pokerroom and powerplayer which are the only places i've played at. JoeWalsh 0
The $5 and $10 at Pacific are easy, never tried a $20 or $30 if you can handle people calling your flopped straight with a 9 high flush draw and hitting it.
Guest
ok tack on pacific to that list too. i have no idea where to go
KappaKid83 0
I would have to say by competition and blind structure/starting chips my favorite site has been Full Tilt. Dont know why it just seems like the competition is tougher and playing good competition AND winning is quite a satisfying feeling.JEFF
Pupsta 0
Definitely fulltilt. Best blind structure, soft competition, 100% dep bonus, plus i can get ya rakeback if you want http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/?aff=1731&cod...de=&int=0&ext=

Mattnxtc 0
hey pupsta how hard is it to clear the bonus playin like .5/1 or just 5$-10$ sngs?
Pupsta 0
hey pupsta how hard is it to clear the bonus playin like .5/1 or just 5$-10$ sngs?easier to clear at .5/1 than it is $5-$10 sngs...i can't give you an exact # of hands/sngs...it's difficult to clear the $600 at those levels, but possible within the 3 months if you 4 table etc.
AK33 0
I just started playing at Ultimate bet this weekend. I've played four $10 tournaments and cashed in all four. I had a massive lead in three of them without doing anything special. I have had success at pokerstars as well but Ultimate bet, at least so far, seems easier. I'd like to try bodog and full tilt next.

HtotheNootch 0
bodog is the easiest? thats weird. i'd figure one of the more known sites wich attracts a wider range of people would be easier.bodog is tied to a sportsbook/casino. Poker tied to sportsbook/casino = gamblers who want to "give poker a try".
HurricaneKyle 0
bodog has a great structureDisagree partner, the players for the most part are incredibly weak but the structure is bad. Blinds get raised every 10 hands, only start with 1000 chips. No post flop play at the end=bad structure.

AC BillP 0
I used to love Partydue to the volume, but the play is getting much tougher in the last 6 months. Either that or a lot of players have pokertracker and they have stats on me now. I like the better structures at other sights mentioned anyway--so try those.

Start only with 800 chips and the blinds go up every 10 hands as well.UB! Lol. 1500 in starting chips, blinds go up every 10 minutes. Lots of time and chips to work with, you don't have to worry about being out of the tournament after losing one big hand early.
LongOdds 0
I've played quite a few Bodog SNG, and here is my take:You start with $1000, and the blinds go up every 10 hands (5/10, 10/20, 15/30, 30/60, 50/100, 100/200, 250/500). So, the way it plays out is this: The structure helps you early, and then as people get eliminated (hands go around faster, so a time interval would be bettter late in the SNG) the structure starts to kill you. Basically, its a 10 person SNG that usually (if you play tight early and look for premium spots to double up only) becomes a 5 person crap shoot. Not hard to make money, but very hard to consistently do well. The worst case, which does happen every so ofter, is a very tight table that sees only 2 or 3 players get eliminated when the blinds hit 100/200 or up. In these cases, everyone is playing with 3 to 5 BB, and its a total luckfest.Another note - I think a lot of the "gamblers" from BoDog's casino have learned and are staying away (or they are just really outnumbered by actual poker players looking for an easy score). The play has improved dramatically over the last two weeks.
