crocd99 0
my search isnt working to well. but i wanted to know if there was talk on here about tuan and hasin working together in this event.... i think there was and as i watch it, it does seem a little fishy... hasin not calling with the kj c, then him saying i call and then say no i am all in, then with his aj against k10 and saying to tuan we are going to do it, and when the ducth guy wins tuan looks the most dissapointed. let me know what you guys think
cursive34 0
hasin staked tuan thats it. there was a big discusion about this before search for it. i think hasin got 50% of tuan so why would he dump chips to tuan if he could win it all and still get half of tuan. that would be a lot more profitable for him. Suited_Up 2
If you think it's fishy you're blind. They were battling almost every hand. The other guy was sitting around while they were trying to bust each other. There was nothing fishy about it at all. But they still want to see each other do well, but it's pretty obvious that they wanted to win for themselves first. And I'm sure tuan was dissapointed when the other guy beat Hasan in that pot, is because he could have been eliminated and he makes another 800k.
Guest
habib saying I call i mean all in clearly won the tournament for tuan... tuan would have went broke...I think he did it to softplay tuan and try to get them heads up.... to bad for him that maxfield sucked out a few times and he goes home for playing poorly... Chrisj1616 0
if Hasan Moved all in instead of calling Tuan would have folded anyway...So how did it cost him the tournament?
PocketBoat 0
Why would Habib stake Tuan? Tuan had a free entry because he won a WPT event.
Guest Anonymous
IT WAS BEYOND FISHY. IT WAS RIGGED MORE THAN A WWE MATCH.
HatTrick 0
He staked Tuan's original WPT entry to the tourney he won. It carries over.
SuM827 0
Anyone else find it hilarious that Tuan Le called Paul Maxfield a "suckout artist"?
Waffles2003 1
yeah, this tourney is fishy indeed...i think habib was spent and decided to ship his chips to tuan knowing that he could outlast the brit and kill him heads up...

Guest
with what tuan had left he definitly would have called... the only reaosn he didnt was because the next card didnt help him and he knew has was behind after habib's move...The way the table was playing... especially tuan, there is no way he lays down to the allin there...
alf13 0
And of course the massive suckout to basically win the tournament...when maxfield flopped two pair and Tuan Le hit his gutshot....I thought it was HILARIOUS that Tuan Le called Maxfield a suckout artist...when anybody with a computer and the know how to check cardplayer.com...would have known that Tuan Le was allin 6 times before the final table and was an underdog in all of them...and of course...WON THEM ALL.He is a good player though....a little reckless...but good.... NortonFan 0
I don't like Tuan very much. He's obviously proved himself as a player I'm talking about him.

werm 0
You hear the comment at the very end when Tuan told hasin "i couldn't have done it with out you". ?
typesick 0
Tuan re-raised Habib's JJ with is A10. Habib then followed with a re-raise of his own (all-in)...I see no reason to suspect collusion.
Jdr999 0
The only reason this tournament had massive suckouts is because the blinds at the end of play sucked. When play started six handed, the blinds were 40K/80K with 22.6M chips in play, which is fine, becuase there is over 282 big blinds between six players, which averages around 47 per player. Yet at the end with Maxfield and Tuan left, the blinds were 300K/600K, and if that wasn't bad enough, they were raised to 400K/800K. With only 22.6M in play their were only 28.25 Big Blinds between the two players, which makes for less than stellar poker. If the blinds were structured better, you wouldn't see as much of the crazy plays these guys did.

happyjuggler0 0
Tuan re-raised Habib's JJ with is A10. Habib then followed with a re-raise of his own (all-in)...I see no reason to suspect collusion.I agree, and I can't believe this thread is happening. Those two fought out several pots that could've either eliminated or crippled tuan le. To say that he dumped chips to him somehow while this was happening is ludicrous. The notion of chip dumping here only seems plausible if you ignore those hands and only select some "conspiracy" eligible hands. You guys saw way too much of Tilt on ESPN. monoatomic 0
Actually a lot of the comments and actions of Tuan are more telling of acting together then hands.Things like "Sorry I had to do that there." (this was when Tuan lee went in with A8s when Habib had 7's) Who says that to someone you are trying to beat??The reaction when Maxfield got the K on the river to stay alive. Did you see Tuan? Who acts like that when one of your opponents stays alive in the tourney. If they weren't somewhat playing off each other I'd be VERY surprised.
