Tsosumi 0 Posted June 27, 2005 Share Posted June 27, 2005 I am at work right now so I am not able to post what i have in my ipod as i change the songs frequently as i only have an ipod shuffle because that is the way that i roll...lol....anyway, but when i get home later today i will post what i have on my ipod. thing is a lot of it is music i would not listen to normally but i have the songs on my ipod to change up what i am hearing so that i don't get too comfortable.but if you would post what you have on your ipod that would be kewl... I had to get a new one after 2 months though because the earphone jack was loose and distorting the sound. I think they are pretty cheap quality and break easily, I've been at the poker table with mine sitting next to my stack and I've dropped a chip on it and it has spazzed out just from that impact. Do you have any similar experience Marion? I treated mine with extreme care, don't get me wrong, it was never dropped or anything like that. The earphone jack is completely f*cked, and like, if I knock the cable a bit, either the treble will go off, the bass will go off or the vocals will go off. There is only one position in which it will be normal. Mine used to withhold lots of shock, but I think because I dropped it on the floor without the cover way too many times it doesn't now. If you can try and call them and just argue that you bought a 2 year warranty or something and you dont know what the number is or w/e to try and get a replacement, cause it is SO annoying to walk around with it in your pocket and the music goes in and out all of the time when the plug moves the slightest bit. I know it comes with a 2 or 3 month warranty if you don't buy another one, but I'm pretty sure you'll have had it longer than that. Link to post Share on other sites

I bought it 3 weeks before apple announced the price drop and paid $100 extra. :evil: I have way too much stuff on here to keep track of. The blind structures rise very quickly and get very bloody about the two hour mark if every one slow plays. But that is neither here nor there. I keep Hard Knock Life on more for humor sake as I usually take a bad beat just before, during, or after, when that song plays. Not all the time though. One particular player asked me, at the table, why I listen to music when I play and I told her that it calms me down and removes any nervousness.When she retorted with "You get nervous?" in a condescending tone I almost responded with comments about how easy it is to get her to go on tilt but that would be giving someone information on how to improve their game when at current they are a non-factor. Nothing from nothing but when I am at the table I don't have any friends and will take anyone out if I can. Catch me away from the table and I will be a lot nicer. Plus I don't notice that I fold hand after hand as much as when I didn't have one. Link to post Share on other sites
