over pair and open ended straight draw

in a no limit game I have pocket queens, I preflop raise 3 times big blind. 4 people call. the flop comes 9 T J rainbow. Giving me an overpair and an open ended straight draw. Am I right to assume that going all in for a pot sized bet is the way to go (EP)? same day I have 55, limp, flop comes 234. same situation, is all in for a pot sized bet alright... especially since you hold 2 of the nut straight cards in your hand?thanks
