i saw on party at the NL 2000 buy in that people have like 5 tables going and a crap load of money on each table. my question is, is it alot easier to win money on those games vs limit? It seems like people just build the pot a little bit and then go all in or raise so much the no one wants to call. is that the way to win at NL?

How to play no limit is fundamentaly the same for the most part, however, higher limits can affect what you do with your bets.If you are that unfamiliar with NL, I would read Harrington's book to familiarize yourself with the game.

Let's assume that you go all in with every strong hand you get. Every 169 hands, someone will have rockets. That's 16-20 hands at a full ring. If you win the blinds every time that's 20xBB + 20xSB, which is no where near a full buy in. It's stupid to consistantly punk the blinds with all-ins in NL. Stealing blinds is fine, but risking your entire stack over and over again will just guarantee that you will lose money.
