Absolute 0 Posted June 19, 2005 Share Posted June 19, 2005 you raise 4x pre-flop.his pre-flop reraise is weak, but it still indicates a very strong hand.when the flop comes, his bet in to the pot is very weak. i think your flop raise is a bit strong, but it seems ok.when he re-raises me, i am usually thinking hes got AA, KK, or AK here. i might just call that raise, although you are committed at that point. Rocketwadster 0 Posted June 20, 2005 Share Posted June 20, 2005 IMO - Based on my play style, you were way too agressive for level one (or tow and maybe even 3). Lots of hands have you beat (even though you have lots of outs). His mini-raise pre-flop seems retarded to me (why?). My first instinct when faced with a mini raise is strength (stong is weak, weak is stong...heard that somewhere), so I could probably get away from the hand fairly cheaply after the flop. I don't like putting my tourney life on the line with a draw, eespecially that early in a tourney. :wink: Link to post Share on other sites
