That is some dumb sheet. I wouldn't lose sleep over it. There are 3,545,436,353,687 other sites that will be happy to take your rake.
EVILGENIUS 0
perhaps they want a bunch of fish who win then lose fairly evenly and never or rarly cash out but rebuy once in awhile keeping the rake as the only drain on the money pool. They do not want winners who remove money from the site permantently on a regular basis?Only thing that makes any sense...

justblaze 0
thats absurd. i would ask them to kindly point out where in the terms of service it prohibits 'excessive winnings' and what amount of winnings is considered 'excessive'. I would also post this to RGP and 2+2 and let the site know you are doing so, and that they will lose the valuable business of the thousands of serious poker players in these communities, who would allow the site to thrive long after the poker boom is over and the recreational player finds some other fad. bmwmcoupe 0
> In accordance with our rules:> > "Sports Interaction reserves the right to close any account without prior> notice. In this event, or in the event of a customer choosing to close their> own account, any existing bets will stand and the full account balance will> be paid out after completion of all the events."i made about 2 withdrawals a week, a loosing player will never make any withdrawal and they will never have to dispose of any of there own funds, thats the only explaination i can put together

bmwmcoupe 0
nothing crazy, 1,5k a week for 5 months ive played on the siteThats 60k a year....Not just any small amount. That is more than most make in a year at a "real" job.heres point 3 of the TOS:Any commercial use of Sports Interaction Poker is strictly forbidden. The Player plays only for private and non-professional purposes.seems fairly weakly worded.Maybe because of that they consider you a "pro" its 78 000$ a year, not that much considering so many players make way more then that, and i am just a chump in the poker world

funkyworms 0
All of the online sports betting sites have rules that forbid "professional" players. If you give any sort of clue that you are a winning player, they will not hesitate to close your account. In some cases they have withheld money from these so-called "advantage" players. Given that all of these sites are located out of the US, some in places with very lax laws such as Costa Rica, the chance of recuping your money is slim. I encourage you to read Michael Konik's book Telling Lies and Getting Paid. It has an excellent article about online sportsbooks. Stick to modes of gambling where there is no conflict of interest between the player and the house (i.e. poker).

Meatwad 0
Yea sportsbooks have a tendency to do whatever it takes to keep the money circulating on the site so they can use it. If you were busting people and cashing out more than the they were reloading, if they reloaded, they put a stop to you. Like justblaze pointed out earlier some will close accounts of people they deem professional gamblers and some will if you only use their site to get their bonuses and tend to clear them. I remember cybersportsbook gave me $10 and said I had to wager it X amount of times and when I reached it and tried to cashout they took a week to process and alot of e-mails then upped the amount of wagers. Of course I lost a bet but got it all back when I finally I took what was left to their casino and hit a number on the roulette table for a 35-1 payout.

Guest
Sportsinteraction has a very bad rep. I wouldn't deal with them ever! .I agree.. It once took them 40 days to pay me from their casino. Now granted, I've never played poker @ SportsInterAction(only blackjack) but needless to say I won't be going back anytime soon.
