Clean logo only one color, a little Canadiana in there and some cool motion.The three elements can be moved around pretty easily (swish, puck/chips and text.Please critique and tell me what you like and don't like!I also made versions in 2-tone... but the Maple Leafs Blue looks cleanest.Thanks! DCSports92GSR 0 Posted June 17, 2005 Share Posted June 17, 2005 I like the logo, I just really think anyone who gave it a specific canadian touch was pushing it a little bit... now Im not DN so I don't know what hes looking for, but I kinda assume that he wants a universal logo... hell If hes gonna use it to open his own online pokerroom... a canadian logo may drive off some of the potential american players and etc. I focussed more on a universal ( no country specific etc ), logo that can be used for shirts, hats, online game room...chips... etc... Because not that I hate Canada or anything, but I wouldnt have any poker chips in my house with a maple leaf on it, and im sure you wouldnt have any with an american flag on em' ;)im sure this might have just came out the wrong way :lol:No offense...just looking at it from a marketing POV. I'm only 19 years old, and work for 'Making Waves' which is a large design/branding-company here in Norway. My salary is $55 per hour, which in Norway is way above average for my age. I've made alot of decent/pretty looking sites (in my opinion), the latest; parasite.no, pixeldesigns.net, bendit.no, bsi-dans.no. But still, I think JasonBo's submissions were WAY ahead of my own.And now comes the only reason I actually took the time to comment on your post. You talk about the Lion and say "WTF NOOB this got nothing to do with poker". That little comment shows how extremely incompetent you truly and surely are. It's about making a brand.
