Project 2501 0
Everything these people say is more than fine to me. Obviously I've heard it all before. I'm fat and I have facial hair, an excellent observation these posters made. It's unfortunate that some people's lives are so empty that they are reduced to making the comments they have, but that's how it is on the internet and how it always will be. People will find a way to insult and put down anything and anyone that they can. While it remains truly pathetic, it's something we will always have to live with. Thank-you to all the posters who have replied here and elsewhere with their kind words. It has been and always will be much appreciated.Eric Froehlichcongrats. when some azz.wipe on a message board makes a dumb comment, turn around and look at the 1/3 of million dollars you won. and laugh really fucking loud. Now, if only they had done something like criticize your play - then you could have pulled a Raymer on them 2+2 style.I know this is not the best thread for it, but I'm curious to hear your thoughts on internet players and limit poker - I feel its the one field in which internet players will be a stronger force in. I figure you're at Commerce a lot but I'm assuming you play a lot more online.Congrats on the Bracelet win. Yet another guy breaks Daniel's old record... you censored. I am also curious
elkang 0
Look you guys are living in your own world here. I'm glad you think you're smart and funny and all, but you just look like idiots to many of us.From my perspective, Efro made a great post basically putting you guys in your place, and you guys are still idiots without $300K and a bracelet. He has nothing further to say unless your razzing escalates into something better. I highly doubt it will.If you don't see that, that's fine. It's just hilarious that you don't see how lame you are. But, self delusion is big in poker.

Barou 0
Congrats Efro.I hope everyone can lay off the cheap shots. However, I am always entertained by the Annie Duke bashing. I mean geez....she could at least try to present herself a little better, right???

Jay Leno barely qualifies. The posters above are funny if you're part of some goofy losers' clique in high school. The kind that gets off by saying stupid things about successful peers.I'm all for humor, but DNA's post wins this thread.

DaBruins 0
back to the whole youngest winner argument.....everyone needs to think harder.Youngest bracelet holder - anyone born after Froehlich who wins this year will be the youngest bracelet holder. This is different than the Fastest to a bracelet title holder.Fastest to a bracelet - this is where it is already impossible for the OP to become the fastest bracelet holder, but he can still be the youngest holder of a bracelet. potpumper43 0
EFro may be unknown in the poker world but he has been a top player in professional Magic the Gathering (a collectable card strategy game) for many years. This may sound lame but you might not know that this is the same background that David Williams and Noah Boeken (AKA Exclusive) share. In John Murphy's main event interview last year he mentioned playing the game as well. There are many other former MtG players now doing well in poker on a variety of levels. I played for years, even made a couple of appearences at professional level tournaments, and I can say that playing competitive Magic definitely helped prepared me for winning poker. Just a random aside. Congratulations EFro.Peace.

chowds4 0
my little brother also happens to play magic the gathering...he is a pro player who travels the world to play these different championship events..he has been to london, prauge, hawaii, and many other places(for free) as a result of his skill in this game...-also, i to see a direct correlation between these magic playing kids, and poker---my brother is a very good poker player(he taught me how to play), and has made a living playing limit poker online for several years now..he and several of his friends have also made money in wsop tournaments throughout the nation...there def. seems to be a strong connection between the two games..lol...i'm such a donkey---i jsut responded to a post from a year ago..
